PAST PROJECTS & OTHER

The Fulbright Program

Picture
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program is an international research grant program funded by the United States Department of State. I was honored to receive a Fulbright research grant to Senegal in 2012 to conduct linguistics research in Dakar for a year starting in 2012. I am currently working with my co-author to complete and publish this research.

HELICON Literary Magazine

Picture
HELICON is Northwestern University's premier literary magazine. From my sophomore year to my senior year in college, I served as HELICON's Operations Manager (2011-12), Art & Multimedia Editor (2010-11), and Art staffer on our then-newly-created Art Staff (2009-10). During that time, I was fortunate enough to see and be a part of the magazine's rebirth on the Northwestern literary and artistic scenes and to help establish it as one of the foremost publications and hubs of student creativity both on and off campus.
